Blue Panorama Airlines, via its official website, launched a new virtual assistant ‘Blue’ supporting passenger requests and enquiries including reservation details, check in and after sale services (travelnostop.com, 27-Mar-2019). Since trials were launched in Oct-2018, the system has reduced customer calls and email enquiries by 30% and manages more than half of passenger requests.
