        • Singapore: 5.7 million, +4.4%;
        • United Arab Emirates: 3.7 million, -3.1%;
        • China: 3.6 million, +6.0%;
        • US: 3.3 million, +3.5%;
        • Indonesia: 3.2 million, +10.7%;
        • Hong Kong: 2.9 million, +4.5%;
        • Malaysia: 2.3 million, -1.2%;
        • Japan: 1.5 million, +2.9%;
        • Thailand: 1.5 million,-10.6%;
