Bitcoin Watch – OTA Cheapair partners with BTCPayServer for Bitcoin travel payments

US online travel agency Cheapair confirmed a new strategic partnership with BTCPayServer to allow ticket purchases with Bitcoins. The announcement comes after an indefinite suspension of such a service with Coinbase which ended on 13-Jul-2018. The change also means Cheapair is no longer reliant on a third party and puts the control back in Cheapair's hands.
