Over the weekend, Bitcoin hit a new yearly volume low, adding to fears the cryptocurrency lacks the momentum to increase in value. According to Coinmarketcap, the total volume of Bitcoin fell to USD3.1 billion, while the previous yearly low was USD3.2 billion. Bitcoin has been in the range of USD6,300 to USD6,700 for nearly three months however with the volume dropping to this level, an increase seems unlikely.
