Bitcoin Watch – Bitcoin decline due to a price manipulation scandal

Bitcoin's continued price drop as finally been attributed to a price manipulation scandal. Over the last few days, Bitcoin has declined more than 15% to around the USD7,500 mark and expected to go as low as USD7,000. The price wont be helped by news today of a US Justice Department criminal probe on price manipulation, which suspects traders are now manipulating BTC prices, an illegal practice in regular markets.
