Belarus' Ministry of Foreign Affairs prepared a draft order on the signing of an agreement on mutual visa recognition between Belarus and Russia (Interfax, 11-Apr-2019). Russia's Minister for Foreign Affairs Sergey Lavrov said the agreement was finalised at the end of 2018, as previously reported by CAPA.
