Colombia's Agencia Nacional de Infraestructura (ANI), via its official Twitter account, announced (07-Feb-2018) Barranquilla Ernesto Cortissoz Airport will commence construction works for the modernisation of domestic departures lounges 9, 10, and 11. Gates 9 and 10 will be temporarily disabled during construction. The airport will use two acclimatised hangars (200sqm and 120sqm) to handle passengers. [more - original PR - Spanish]
