Avianca Holdings chairman: Avianca 'will have a modern corporate governance'

Avianca Holdings chairman Roberto Kriete, commenting on his vision for Avianca, stated: "The corporate government we will have in Avianca is a modern government" (Reportur, 26-May-2019). Mr Kriete added: "It's a corporate government which will have a clear definition of functions and who is responsible".
