Austrian Airlines receives third A320 as part of turboprop phase out

    Austrian Airlines CEO Alexis von Hoensbroech, via the carrier’s official Twitter account, reported (27-Jan-2020) Austrian has received one A320 aircraft (OE-LZC). It is the third A320 to be incorporated to replace its turboprop equipment. OE-LZC will enter into service in mid Feb-2020. 10 A320s will replace 18 Bombardier Q400s by 2021, as previously reported by CAPA.
