Austrian Airlines CCO Andreas Otto stated premium economy is being well received by passengers and Austrian saw "good" load factors in summer 2018, comparable to typical levels recorded by other airlines "after two or three years" of operating a similar product (austrianaviation.net, 05-Sep-2018). Austrian Airlines completed roll out of premium economy on all 11 long haul aircraft in Mar-2018, as previously reported.
