Australian Airports Association welcomes increased security measures at regional airports

Australian Airports Association (AAA) welcomed (08-May-2018) government funding to support the implementation of new security requirements at domestic and regional airports. CEO Caroline Wilkie commented: "The AAA supports the introduction of new passenger and baggage screening equipment at many airports, which is a necessary and important step for the industry as it continues to adapt to new technologies and a changing security environment...
