Argentina could bring forward reopening of aviation from Sep-2020 to Jul-2020

IATA VP Americas Peter Cerda suggested the Government of Argentina could be willing to relax the restrictions on the aviation industry before 01-Sep-2020 (National Post, 15-May-2020). Mr Cerda requested the 01-Sep-2020 date to be brought forward to Jul-2020.
