21 March, 2018

Ardian reportedly appointed Rotschild to broker the sale of its 49% holding in London Luton Airport (Reuters, 20-Mar-2018). As previously reported by CAPA, Ardian purchased its 49% share for GBP445 million from Spain's Abertis in 2013. Under the terms of the 2013 purchase, Luton's majority 51% shareholder Aena has the preferential right to purchase Ardian's holding.
