In this week’s exclusive Blue Swan Daily Infographic, we take a closer look at the growing aviation market by focussing on global capacity. In October 2018, seat capacity is up 2.8% from September & 8.0% from October 2017. 63 airlines operated flights in October 2018 which did not in 2017. In the Americas capacity was up 8.5% from September 2018 (the largest regional increase) and we saw 27 airlines operating within the region which were not operating in October 2017.
