American knows ‘who we are’ in New York as it aims to become best airline for business customer

    American Airlines VP for planning Vasu Raja stated the carrier knows “who we are” in New York, stating: “Our value proposition is to be the best airline for the business customer, operating killer schedules in all the biggest business markets”. The carrier is “increasingly” focusing the New York market into this model, Mr Raja said. Additionally, Mr Raja stated Los Angeles “today” has become profitable compared to a number of years ago, and anticipates the market will earn profits in line with majority of its hubs by the end of 2018 (Skift, 12-Feb-2018).
