American Airlines is reportedly trialling Google Assistant technology in terminal 3 of Chicago O'Hare International Airport (Chicago Business Journal, 19-Feb-2020). The software will only be utilised when multilingual customer service agents are unavailable, and will allow for easier communication between customer service agents and passengers.
