American Airlines Group reported (25-Jul-2019) it expects to extend the operating life of certain A320, Boeing 737 and 757aircraft to allow more flexibility to deal with the 737 MAX grounding and the late delivery of certain A321neo aircraft. The carrier noted the delayed retirements will also provide modest and efficient growth to its fleet. [more – original PR]
