Amadeus: ‘Significant changes’ happening to airline loyalty programmes in North America

    Amadeus head of global business development – loyalty Robert Moerland reported “some significant changes are happening” to airline loyalty programmes in North Amaerica. Mr Moreland stated Air Canada is in the process of redesigning its loyalty programme “with a focus on a more brand centric and digital first customer experience”.
