ALTA seeks changes in Uruguay: 'We risked innovating with marijuana, why not with Civil Aviation'

ALTA legal director Gonzalo Yelpo suggested Uruguay needs to be more aggressive with its aerocomerical policies, recommending the country to remove visa restriction, consider seventh liberties and to modernise the country's regulations environment (HostelTur, 30-Apr-2018). Mr Yelpo stated: "In Uruguay, we risked innovating with marijuana, why not with Civil Aviation?".
