All Nippon Airways reportedly plans to launch daily Tokyo-Perth service with Boeing 787-9 equipment (PerthNow/The West, 29-Nov-2018). As previously reported by CAPA, Perth Airport CEO Kevin Brown stated a potential nonstop All Nippon Airways service from Tokyo was being negotiated but would likely not be launched until 2019. The route is expected to generate 70,000 Japanese visitors p/a.
