Alitalia CCO and revenue management Fabio Maria Lazzerini stated plans to relaunch Rome Fiumicino-Milan Malpensa service is "because we want... feeder traffic from Rome" (TTG Italia, 06-Feb-2018). As previously reported by CAPA, Alitalia plans to operate the route four times daily with Alitalia CityLiner Embraer 175 equipment. Mr Lazzerini expects the route's relaunch to also benefit from the carrier's new 'Stopover Roma' product.
