Alitalia announced (Oct-2019) a four hour air traffic controller strike, as well as other strikes in the aviation sector with durations varying from four hours to 24 hours were confirmed by Italian trade unions for 25-Oct-2019. The carrier will cancel 243 domestic and European movements on 24/25/26-Oct-2019 as a result of strike action.
