Alaska Airlines 'hoping for the best' but preparing for 'the worst' ahead of 25-Apr-2018 integration

Alaska Airlines chief information officer Charu Jain stated the carrier is "hoping for the best" but preparing "for the worst" ahead of its integration with Virgin America on 25-Apr-2018 (Puget Sound Business Journal, 21-Apr-2018). The changes will see a switchover to Alaska branding and flight numbers, as well as the integration of the two carriers' systems.
