Alaska Airlines CEO: ‘One brand is better than two’

    Alaska Airlines chairman and CEO Bradley Tilden said “one brand is better than two” in the airline business (CNBC, 27-Nov-2018). Regarding Virgin America‘s integration with Alaska in 2016, he noted by choosing to move forward with the Alaska brand they feel they “made the right choice”, with Alaska’s brand having a “fantastic following” and a “lot of equity”.
