Airservices Australia consulting on Hobart Airport flight path adjustments

12 November, 2017

Airservices Australia southern operations manager Steve Clark said the single flight path operations deployed at Hobart Airport are making airspace safer, as it is "far more predictable and less complex, there is less air traffic controller intervention in the process" (ABC, 13-Nov-2017). Mr Clarke however confirmed: "We didn't consult sufficiently on these changes". Airservices Australia is seeking feedback on alternative flight path proposals until 19-Nov-2017.
