Airbus COO John Leahy stated Airbus' A380 MoU with Emirates is "quite firm" and confirmed the contractual phases of the agreement have been entered (Bloomberg, 20-Jan-2018). Mr Leahy anticipates a final agreement will be reached no later than 15-Feb-2018. Mr Leahy said Emirates and Airbus would "never sign an MoU unless everything was finalised".
