airBaltic expects to be able to adapt 'faster than others' in the case of a downturn

3 December, 2019

airBaltic CEO Martin Gauss expects the carrier will be able to adapt "faster than others" in the case of a downturn, due to its focus on an A220 fleet (AIN Online, 02-Dec-2019). Mr Gauss considers Europe is closer to a downturn than an upturn, but does not agree the market will be left with only four to five carriers.
