Air New Zealand to boost Christchurch-Nadi capacity by 40% during 2018 peak period

Air New Zealand announced (18-Dec-2017) plans to increase Christchurch-Nadi frequency to five times weekly from 26-May-2018, offering nearly 6000 extra seats on the seasonal service, an increase of more than 40%. The airline operates the service twice weekly between July and October, increasing to three times weekly at peak times. The new frequencies will be operated by A320 equipment. Air New Zealand chief revenue officer Cam Wallace said the airline tripled capacity between Christchurch and Fiji over the past five years. [more - original PR]
