Air New Zealand outlines plans for two year programme to enhance customer service

    Air New Zealand outlined (28-Mar-2019) details of its planned two year future investment in customer service. Key details include:

    • Enhanced ‘Business Premier’ product on its long haul fleet from the end of 2019, with the rollout is expected to be completed by Dec-2020;
    • A new economy class product offering additional space, to be introduced on its long haul fleet from mid-2020;
    • Free WiFi offered on all international aircraft with required capabilities, effective immediately;
    • Upgrades to nine lounges across its network, with investment of approximately NZD50 million (USD33.9 million).
