- Enhanced 'Business Premier' product on its long haul fleet from the end of 2019, with the rollout is expected to be completed by Dec-2020;
- A new economy class product offering additional space, to be introduced on its long haul fleet from mid-2020;
- Free WiFi offered on all international aircraft with required capabilities, effective immediately;
