Air New Zealand offers alcohol free cocktails after receiving customer feedback

Air New Zealand introduced (01-Jul-2019) alcohol free cocktails for business premier passengers on Auckland-San Francisco service, after receiving customer feedback. Air New Zealand senior manager customer experience Niki Chave reported 11% of passengers do not drink alcohol, with a further 10% reporting they do not drink alcohol on board to avoid dehydration.
