    Air New Zealand reported (26-Feb-2020) the following financial highlights for the six months ended 31-Dec-2019:

    • Operating revenue: NZD3015 million (USD1949 million), +3.0% year-on-year;
      • Passenger: NZD2576 million (USD1666 million), +3.2%;
      • Cargo: NZD195 million (USD126.1 million), -8.5%;
      • Contract services: NZD117 million (USD75.6 million), +27.2%;
    • Operating costs: NZD2400 million (USD1552 million), +3.5%;
      • Labour: NZD681 million (USD440.3 million), +1.3%;
      • Fuel: NZD656 million (USD424.1 million), +1.1%;
      • Aircraft operations: NZD358 million (USD231.5 million), +3.8%;
      • Maintenance: NZD224 million (USD144.8 million), +16.1%;
    • Earning before finance costs, associates, other significant items and tax: NZD203 million (USD131.2 million), -5.6%;
    • Net profit: NZD101 million (USD65.3 million), -32.7%;
    • Passenger revenue per ASK: NZD 10.8 cents (USD 7 cents), +0.3%;
      • Domestic: NZD 24.3 cents (USD 15.7 cents), +7.7%;
      • Tasman and Pacific Islands: NZD 9.7 cents (USD 6.3 cents), -1.9%;
      • International: NZD 7.9 cents (USD 5.1 cents), -0.9%;
