Air New Zealand launched (20-Jul-2020) its online credit redemption tool, allowing customers who hold credit directly with the airline to manage their credit online. The new online tool enables customers who purchased a ticket in NZD to view a breakdown of their credit, including seat selection or carbon emissions offset, and use their credit to book new services. The airline is working on a solution for its international customers and those who have booked through a travel agent.
