Air New Zealand: Domestic business is resilient and can be used to leverage growth

    Air New Zealand CEO Christopher Luxon, in a presentation to the Macquarie Australia Conference, reported (02-May-2018) the carrier’s domestic business is resilient and the carrier can use its strong domestic market share to leverage growth from inbound and domestic business. The carrier operates over 400 frequencies per day to 20 domestic destinations. Mr Luxon reported the carrier’s differentiated inflight and ground product is valued by passengers and the carrier is investing in the sustainable development of New Zealand tourism.
