Air New Zealand CEO Greg Foran issued an email and a three question survey to Air New Zealand customers asking passengers what is the "next big thing" the airline should focus on (Stuff, 11-Feb-2020). Mr Foran said: "Very few people know us better, fly as often, or would have more informed opinions about our business and our customer experience… I am pleased to share that we will be stepping up our efforts to deliver an even more uniquely Kiwi experience".
