India's Minister of State for Civil Aviation Hardeep Singh Puri, via his official Twitter account, stated (26-Sep-2019) Air India plans to commence four times weekly Amritsar-London Stansted service on 04-Nov-2019 (Times of India, 26-Sep-2019). The airline will be the sole scheduled operator on the route, according to OAG.
