Air India pilots with ICPA and IPG to refuse duty roster changes unless payments completed

5 February, 2019

Air India pilots with Indian Commercial Pilots Association (ICPA) and Indian Pilots Guild (IPG) membership reportedly plan to refuse to accept changes to their duty roster if the airline fails to complete delayed flying allowance payments to pilots by 10-Feb-2019 (The Hindu BusinessLine/Money Control/CNBC-TV18, 05-Feb-2019). The pilots plan to adhere to the already issued crew management roster for Feb-2019 if the payments are not completed by the deadline. ICPA represents Air India narrowbody aircraft pilots and IPG represents widebody aircraft pilots.
