Air France to reportedly wind up Joon by the end of Jun-2019

    Air France reportedly plans to end Joon operations by Jun-2019, with the suspension of the following Joon services from Paris CDG (Routes Online, 22-Feb-2019):

    • Istanbul: From 29-Mar-2019;
    • Naples: From 30-Mar-2019;
    • Bergen: From 31-Mar-2019;
    • Cairo: From 25-Jun-2019;
    • Fortaleza: From 25-Jun-2019;
    • Mumbai: From 25-Jun-2019;
    • Barcelona: From 26-Jun-2019
    • Berlin Tegel: From 26-Jun-2019;
    • Lisbon: From 26-Jun-2019;
    • Madrid: From 26-Jun-2019;
    • Oslo: From 26-Jun-2019;
    • Porto: From 26-Jun-2019;
    • Prague: From 26-Jun-2019;
    • Quito: From 26-Jun-2019;
    • Rome: From 26-Jun-2019;
    • Stockholm: From 26-Jun-2019;
    • Cape Town: From 27-Jun-2019;
    • St Maarten: From 28-Jun-2019.

    Select services may continue to operate with aircraft in Joon livery. In Jan-2019, Air France-KLM CEO Benjamin Smith stated the integration of 600 Joon crew into Air France will run until early Jul-2019, with finalisation of aircraft into Air France requiring around 18 months, as previously reported by CAPA.
