Air France-KLM signs framework agreement with Ctrip.com to develop distribution channels in China

    KLM Royal Dutch Airlines president and CEO Pieter Elbers signed a strategic framework agreement with Ctrip.com on behalf of Air France-KLM to cooperate in development of distribution channels, marketing, services and loyalty programmes in the China market (shine.cn, 02-Nov-2018). The partnership expands on an MoU signed in mid Oct-2018 between KLM and Ctrip to enhance offers to Chinese consumers, and will “offer more options for travellers on the China-Europe route in the most flexible and integrated way possible”, Ctrip CEO Sun Jie said.
