Air France-KLM moving towards ‘clearer, more businesslike’ governance structure: CEO

    Air France-KLM CEO Benjamin Smith said being a flag carrier has a “very different emotional appeal” from other airline types (Skift, 06-Aug-2019). “It means a lot more to the country whether they fly or they don’t fly a route”, he continued, adding the group’s focus is to leverage the “enormous support in both countries” while moving towards a “clearer, more businesslike” governance structure.
