Air France CEO: ‘Punctuality and reliability are an important part of client expectations’

    Air France CEO Anne Rigail commented on the brand strategy of the carrier, arguing: “If we want to be a brand synonymous with quality; punctuality and reliability are an important part of client expectations” (Le Journal du Dimanche, 10-Feb-2019). She said the company aims to improve the fluidity of transport in the coming summer 2019, in particular due to deployment of facial recognition systems.
