Air France CEO: Plans to improve product will not result in fare increases

Air France CEO Anne Rigail said plans by the carrier to modernise its fleet and improve inflight products such as lie flat beds in business class, wider video screens and WiFi services, will not result in fare increases (francetvinfo.fr, 17-Apr-2019). She said all of the fleet will be equipped with WiFi by the end of 2020. The carrier is scheduled to add three Boeing 787s to its fleet of seven 787s and will introduce the first of six new A350s in Sep-2019. Ms Rigail said the A350 will "be at the heart of the fleet for us".
