Air Canada rouge plans to take over five times daily Toronto-Quebec City service from Air Canada Express in summer 2018 (Routesonline, 21-Feb-2018). The carrier will also operate one of 10 daily frequencies between Montreal and Quebec City, replacing Air Canada Express' Bombardier Dash 8-400 service. Both routes will deploy A319 aircraft from 01-Jul-2018.
