Albania's Minister of Infrastructure and Energy Belinda Balluku said Air Albania is expected to launch operations by the end of Mar-2019 (SeeNews, 18-Mar-2019). The Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy signed an agreement with Albcontrol, Turkish Airlines and a private partner in relation to the carrier, as previously reported by CAPA.
