Aigle Azur reiterates short term expansion plans, A330s to include lie flat seats in executive class

Aigle Azur president Frantz Yvelin reiterated (05-Apr-2018) long haul route development plans from Paris Orly Airport to serve Beijing and Campinas later in 2018. New short/medium haul destinations include Beirut, Berlin and Moscow. Mr Yvelin confirmed two A330-200s will soon be added, to bring the carrier's fleet to 12 Airbus aircraft. The A330s will include an "executive class" with lie flat seats. As confirmed by the CAPA Fleet Database, the carrier operates nine A320-200s and one A319-100. [more - original PR - French]
