- Construction to commence later in 2018, with completion expected in 2021;
- Up to 200 employed during peak construction period;
- Additional 630 direct and indirect jobs due to retail expansion;
- Construction to contribute AUD167 million (USD127 million) to Gross State Product;
- Overall terminal footprint: Increased by 16,500sqm;
