ALTA holds conversations with Uruguay

ALTA announced (Feb-2018) its executive director Luis Oliveira and chief legal counsel Gonzalo Yelpo met on 26-Feb-2018 with Uruguay's Chamber of Commerce of Aeronautics, task force assembled to promote Uruguay's aeronautical policy and connectivity. The meeting focused on entry barriers, restrictions and regulations, and competitiveness and infrastructure. The ALTA excutive also met with Uruguay's Minister of Transport and Public Works Víctor Rossi, in order to improve the application of transparent, sustainable and long-term tariff policies for aviation fuels.
